Delivery with us is always free across mainland UK.
If you live in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE or Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, please contact us for delivery costs.
We want to make life that little bit easier for you, so ordering our juices or cleanse packages couldn’t be simpler. Simply add the product/s you would like to your cart and check out securely. We accept all Paypal plus all major credit and debit cards. At checkout you will need to enter your preferred delivery date, which we will confirm in an email within 24 hours of you placing your order. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
If you have signed up for a Juice Subscription then it is your responsibility to let us know your preferred delivery day/date appropriate to each week or month of your plan.
All of our juices are hand made within 24 hours of arriving at your door. Our juices last for three days. If you are doing a 1 Day Plan please refrigerate your juices. If you are doing a 3 Day Plan or 5 Day Plan we ask that on receipt of your delivery you immediately refrigerate days 1 & 2 and then put days 3-5 into your freezer to keep them in peak condition. Likewise if you're taking the Mix and Match approach be sure to freeze any juices you are not drinking within 2 days of delivery. Remove your juices from the freezer the day before you intend to drink them. Please ensure you have adequate space in your fridge or freezer as we will send your order in one delivery. This is the most environmentally friendly option.
We are happy to deliver to your home or work. It is your responsibility to receive your delivery and give us the appropriate delivery instructions at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring that your employer is happy for you to receive personal deliveries.
We use a reputable third party courier service for nationwide deliveries and we will personally deliver all local orders.
You will be receive a text message from our courier company when your juices are in transit to you. You will be provided with a one hour expected delivery slot. All orders will be sent 'next day by 10am'.
We will do our best to have your juices delivered to you on your specified date by 10am, however we ask that you understand in some extreme instances this may be unachievable. Should this be the case you will contacted on the email address you provided.
If you are unable to accept delivery in person you must provide us with an alternative designated contact person who will be available. Any returned deliveries will not be refunded.
Your delivery must be handed over to you or another designated person (e.g. neighbour) over the age of 18. We will not leave your delivery on a doorstep or other specified place- even if you think it to be safe and secure. The reason for this is that your juices must be immediately transferred to a fridge or freezer to preserve their goodness.
If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, we will contact you on the telephone number and email address that you gave us. If we are unable to deliver, after trying to contact you, we reserve the right to charge you for your order.
